Who We Are
Grace Brewing School is a new-generation brewing and coffee education centre based in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. We exist to bridge the gap between passion and profession — offering structured, internationally aligned training that transforms coffee lovers and aspiring baristas into confident, skilled brewing professionals.
We believe that every great cup begins with knowledge. Whether you are starting your first cafe, stepping into the specialty coffee world, or simply want to deepen your love for the craft, Grace Brewing School is where your journey begins.
Our Story
Grace Brewing School was founded with a simple, powerful conviction: that great brewing education should be accessible, purposeful, and deeply rooted in craft. Inspired by the growing Indian specialty coffee movement and the global rise of brewing as a respected profession, we built a school that combines world-class standards with a genuine community spirit in affiliation with the Coffee Board of India.
From our base in Ahmedabad, we serve students, cafe owners, hospitality professionals, and coffee enthusiasts across Gujarat and beyond. Our curriculum draws on internationally recognised frameworks, hands-on training equipment, and a faculty of experienced brewing professionals.

Our training floor is equipped to mirror a fully operational specialty cafe. Students train on commercial-grade espresso machines, precision grinders, a range of pour-over and cold brew stations, and a dedicated sensory evaluation space.
