About Us
Grace Coffee Co. began with a leap from a family legacy in gold and diamond jewellery to a single-minded pursuit of specialty coffee. What started as an idea in 2019 has grown into a full coffee ecosystem: cafes, community, and now, Gujarat's first dedicated coffee school.
After nearly two decades in the family's jewellery business, our founder walked away from tradition to chase something more sensory specialty coffee. With zero industry experience, the journey started from scratch.
Formal coffee education began with professional training in Bengaluru early mornings of cupping sessions, late nights of tasting notes. Visits to the misty plantations of Chikkamagaluru revealed the depth of effort behind every cup.
As the pandemic brought the industry to a standstill, Grace Coffee Co. was among the first cafes to reopen serving comfort, connection, and courage in every cup, and turning survival into purpose.
Our second space opened its doors designed as a place to pause, breathe, and reconnect with coffee in its purest form.
2026 marked the launch of Backyard by Grace Coffee Co. Our newest cafe experience, designed as a space to slow down and enjoy coffee in its purest form.
2026 also brought a long-held dream to life: Grace Coffee School, Gujarat's first dedicated specialty coffee school, affiliated with the Coffee Board of India a milestone shaping the next generation of coffee professionals.
